RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
This Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the “Landlord” and the “Tenant” on [Date].
1. PREMISES. Landlord hereby rents to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents from Landlord, the premises located at [Address] (the “Premises”).
2. TERM. The rental term will commence on [Start Date] and continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise terminated as provided by law or by this Agreement.
3. RENT. Monthly rent shall be $[Amount], payable on the 1st day of each month.

8. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. Tenant shall keep the premises in good condition and shall report any damage to Landlord.
9. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of [State].
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any other agreements or understandings, oral or written, regarding the premises.
